Tonight's Workout (2/17/05)
OK
After weighing in at WW, I skipped the meeting and went to the gym. I was looking forward to getting on the treadmill and running. I'm trying to run at a 15 minute mile pace. Unfortunately, I pulled something in my right leg and I lost my motivation to run. So, I focused on lower body strength training.
Elliptical
- Time: 12 min
- Dist: 1.09 miles
Treadmill
- Time: 16 min (approx)
- Dist: 1.0 mile
Low Body
- Leg Curls (3x10 @ 40lbs)
- Seated Leg Curls (2x10 @40lbs)
- Seated Leg Lifts
- Leg Presses
Lower Abs
- Pull Ups (2x10)
- Ball (3x10)
Upper Abs
- Crunches (2x30)
Chest Presses (2x15 @ 20lbs
Stretching
I lost 1 more pound this week, which is not bad considering all the birthday eating I've been doing. I have one more celebration this Saturday night. Then I'm through.
